How can I clean all?

I didn't find any code to delete everything except my photo and some links under my photo (add as friend; send message etc.)
Once I used the hi5-world.com succesfully. Thank you.
But yesterday I had to delete all my codes, and now the hi5-world.com can't help me, because my profile doesn't accept the codes, and is getting crazy. I tried many times. And I can't make my profile with other codes, separate the about me, my interests etc.
Can you give me code in one block, please?
