gif resize

hello guys!!! i have a question... i want to resize this gif image http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk12 ... drev-2.gif to the size of the white pic which says view all friends or view all 5s but i don t know in what size resize it... and i looking for a good online gif resizer because in the most gif resizers i can t resize the pic in the exactly size i want and when for example write 100x10 it change and it s become 120x64...
pls help me
